Help reduce pain and discomfort through self-massage & core strength 

During these group workshops you will learn how to self-massage your head and face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, lower back, legs and feet. 

Lasting approx. one hour, the workshop will focus on simple exercises to build your core strength and balance, and a set of self-massage techniques to use regularly at home to reduce headaches, musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction caused by life's stresses. 

You will leave equipped with new skills and confidence enabling you to:

- reduce RSI pain from long hours spent at a computer

- keep muscles & joints in a healthy, toned condition

- improve flexibility, strength & mobility

- reduce swelling, stiffness & pain

- help muscles heal after minor strains & sprains

- boost circulatory & lymphatic systems bringing oxygen & nutrients to your muscles & removing waste toxins from them

- increase relaxation, body awareness & feelings of well-being & vitality


Cost: £20 per person, minimum 6 people per workshop
